Vanessa Cohen is an Associate Vice President on CBRE’s National Investment Team, specializing in retail investment transactions. With nearly a decade of experience advising on commercial real estate, she has executed transactions across Québec on behalf of both institutional and private capital, including large-scale portfolios and freestanding assets across a range of retail formats.
Vanessa brings a strong understanding of underwriting, asset positioning, and investor targeting, supporting a credible track record of successful transactions. Since joining CBRE’s National Investment Team in 2024, Vanessa was involved in the execution of prominent retail transactions, totalling $210 million.
