Steph is a seasoned professional with more than 27 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her exceptional depth of expertise across a vast range of capabilities, including marketing, operations, project management, and transaction management, enables her to serve as an invaluable asset to her teams.

Throughout her career, Steph has held a wide variety of roles in throughout the real estate industry, in her role prior to CBRE; provided coordination and support to the Department of Housing and Real Estate Development for a national award-winning affordable housing developer in California. She has also served as a preferred vendor/trainer, which led to multiple consulting and training contracts with some of the largest associations in the country; owned and operated a real estate technology consulting company; and held numerous marketing consulting and management roles. This breadth of experience has made her uniquely successful in her current role with CBRE, where she galvanizes her remarkably diverse skillset and outstanding level of industry knowledge to serve leadership and teams across multiple specialties.

The first-ever employee in CBRE’s Idaho office, Steph is highly regarded by clients and colleagues for her unwavering integrity, collaborative mindset, and strong sense of leadership. She excels at performing under pressure and consistently employs her enterprising spirit to solve even the most complex problems. In her free time, Steph is an avid adventurer and enjoys international travel, hiking, cross-country skiing, and visiting our national parks.
