Scott Herbold

Scott Herbold specializes in office and medical office investment sales across the state of Texas, maximizing the value of each client’s assets with a customized, hands-on approach and by leveraging his team’s transaction experience and operator relationships. Scott works with owners to create strategic and financial gain during their hold periods and through the acquisition/disposition process. Specialty processes include the sale of the following property profiles: single tenant net lease, sale-leaseback, multi-tenant office and MOBs, specialty healthcare and bioscience assets to include surgery centers, dialysis centers and surgical and post-acute hospitals. 

Scott’s passion is to collaborate with owners to develop a strategic plan to achieve ownership goals of profitability, flexibility and growth while managing potential risk. His previous experience as a business owner, financial consultant and USAF aerospace physiologist underpins his creative, tenacious, results-oriented approach his clients appreciate throughout the planning, execution and negotiating phases. 

Scott has executed over 200 transactions consisting of over 10 million square feet and exceeding $1 billion in total value on behalf of his clients.
