Maïté Champoux joined CBRE in June 2019 as a receptionist. Because of her calm attitude and her attention to detail, she quickly transitioned to the position of Real Estate Services Assistant in 2020, to Analyst in 2023, and to Team Leader, Client Services in 2024 for the Boutet-Lacroix team. As such, she supports the members of her team in their various projects.

The Team
Based in Montreal, the team works with local, national and international corporations, helping them with any real estate needs, including leasing, selling and buying all type of assets.
The Team is led by Michèle Boutet and Pierre Lacroix, two of the founding members of the Montreal CBRE office. Michèle and Pierre are amongst the city's leading office specialists, and are widely recognized for their exceptional work ethic, integrity and objectivity. They have over thirty-five years of experience in negotiating and concluding real estate transactions.
The Team is complemented by Sophie Lacroix, Transaction Manager, Maïté Champoux, Team Leader, Client Services, and Polina Kondrashov, Sales Support Coordinator. We provide our clients with market analysis and real estate solutions using their database of market information as well as their extensive and pertinent market knowledge.
