It’s our people who make us a global leader. Employee wellbeing informs everything we do, from Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives to workplace safety and wellbeing and community involvement.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

At CBRE, DE&l are more than core values—they're a competitive advantage. By creating an environment where each individual is valued for who they are, recognised for their contributions and given a chance to grow, we open our business to new perspectives and opportunities.

One of our most successful ways of fostering diversity and inclusion is through the ongoing support of Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs), with more than 4,000 members in the UK and 16,000 members globally. They include:

Americas: Abilities Network Group, African-American Network Group, Asia Pacific Network, CBRE Military, Hispanics Organized to Leverage our Advantage (HOLA), LGBTQ & Allies, Rising Professionals Organization, Women's Network.

Workplace Safety and Wellbeing 

We integrate employee wellbeing into every business decision, so our people experience a caring workplace culture and return home safe and well at the end of every workday. We set global standards and policies, cultivate senior leadership who establish a strong tone and ensure accountability, continually improve our safety outcomes, and share what we’ve learned as a thought leader in employee experience.

CBRE Cares

In France, CBRE is a founding member of the "Entreprise et convivialité" association and actively supports the values of this initiative. At our sites in the Paris region and elsewhere, we regularly organize social events for all our employees, such as Candlemas and the Fête de la Musique.

CBRE has set up a company concierge service to make employees' daily lives easier, and sophrology classes are offered free of charge to employees.
