One of the most effective ways we foster diversity and inclusion is through the ongoing support of our Employee Resource Groups (EBRGs), which have more than 12,000 members in the U.S. and 16,000 worldwide.
Safety and Well-Being in the Workplace
Employee wellness is integral to all of our strategic decisions, so that our employees enjoy a caring corporate culture and go home safe and sound at the end of each workday. We set global standards and policies, cultivate present, exemplary and accountable leadership, continuously improve our safety goals and share our achievements as a thought leader on user experience.
In France, CBRE is a founding member of the "Entreprise et convivialité" association and actively supports the values of this initiative. At our sites in the Paris region and elsewhere, we regularly organize social events for all our employees, such as Candlemas and the Fête de la Musique.
CBRE has set up a company concierge service to make employees' daily lives easier, and sophrology classes are offered free of charge to employees.
