As senior research analyst for CBRE’s Data Center Solutions group, Josh Ruttner is responsible for the aggregation and analysis of information relevant to industry activity, including data center transactions and investor movement. He works closely with CBRE’s data center specialists to identify market trends and produces actionable, best-in-class research materials in the form of presentations, industry reports, and other national research publications. After completing his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University, Josh spent four years in project management at CBRE managing financials for healthcare construction projects.
