Hunter Rowe is a Senior Vice President within CBRE’s Capital Markets platform with 15+ years of experience. Based in San Diego, Hunter is responsible for managing the disposition of institutional office, industrial, and life sciences properties. Hunter is a member of CBRE’s National Office Properties (NOP) group and a strategic partner with CBRE’s National Partners (Industrial) in San Diego. Since joining CBRE in 2010, Hunter has participated in over $6 billion of commercial property transactions for a variety of institutional, corporate, and private clients.
Additionally, Hunter served as the Capital Markets Division Chairman for CBRE San Diego from 2018 through 2021.
Prior to joining CBRE's Capital Markets platform, Hunter began his career as a Research Analyst for CBRE.

We engaged CBRE to execute the sale of our corporate headquarters in Carlsbad, CA. This involved a complex transaction, encompassing a long-term sale-leaseback for our existing campus and a planned build-to-suit project to support the future growth of Ionis Pharmaceuticals.
