Tara Hayden Buchakjian

Tara Buchakjian is a Senior Vice President with expertise in multi-market global real estate. Tara’s clients have multi-million square foot real estate portfolios spanning North America and the globe. Tara manages all stages of the real estate lifecycle for her clients, providing solutions based strategic guidance. With CBRE’s differentiated access to data and analytics, and robust depth and breadth of capabilities, Tara develops actionable strategies for superior outcomes.

Tara has been active in commercial real estate since 2007 and spent the first ten years of her career on the ownership side of the business before making the transition to working with corporate occupiers at CBRE. This experienced knowledge of ownership and how landlords think makes Tara a uniquely qualified advisor to her clients.

Before starting her real estate career, Tara spent time in New York City and Chicago in the advertising industry working on print and television campaigns. Tara received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and is a graduate of the Academy of Notre Dame in Villanova, Pennsylvania. Tara currently resides in Wayne, Pennsylvania with her husband and their three daughters.
