Steve Daniels

Steve Daniels leads marketing strategy and business development pursuits for CBRE’s Kansas City office. Steve’s responsibilities include proposal development, new business project management and marketing collateral design and development. He partners closely with graphic designers, writers and SMEs to provide a strategic and focused approach to each pursuit. As the dedicated local marketing and business development resource, Steve recommends and rolls out strategies to achieve marketing and business development goals for all business lines. 

With more than 15 years of experience in Kansas City commercial real estate marketing, Steve’s understanding and execution of client-focused projects makes him a valuable resource to the marketing team. His industry knowledge, coupled with an extensive communications and design background, help him provide refined and focused key messaging and service differentiators in pursuit development. 

Prior to joining CBRE in 2016, Steve worked with several local full-service real estate firms including Block & Company, Inc. and Copaken Brooks, where he assisted the firm in gaining local recognition and led marketing and rebranding efforts.
