Ms. Proffitt is the Associate Director of Property Management for the Triad office, supporting the team’s day-to-day operations. Sara has over 34 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Ms. Proffitt oversees and manages a large portfolio of office, industrial, and flex properties in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina. As part of the CBRE|Triad team, Sara helps to oversee the current 8.6 million square foot property management portfolio.

Prior to joining CBRE|Triad, Ms. Proffitt worked for Bell Partners, Inc., REIT Management & Research (now known as The RMR Group, Inc.) and Hertz Investment Group.  She was with Bell for over 24 years and finished her time there as Director of Asset Management.  She was also the manager of the Wells Fargo Tower in downtown Greensboro, NC with REIT and Hertz.
