Phil Share

Phil Share is an Associate with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services. In this role, Phil works closely with team members Bob Zwengler, Ken Zirk, Matthew Knowles and Anthony Pell, where he focuses on transaction management for several multi-market accounts and tenant representation in downtown Philadelphia.

In 2016, Phil got his start with CBRE as an intern at the firm’s global headquarters in Los Angeles, California. Two years later, Phil transferred to Philadelphia where he joined the local research team as a Field Research Analyst. In this role, Phil’s daily responsibilities included supporting the downtown office leasing professionals with client care and business development, as well as collecting and managing data for CBRE’s proprietary research platform.

Phil is a graduate of UCLA, where he majored in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations. Having grown up in Abington, Pennsylvania, Phil is an avid Philadelphia sports fan who also enjoys hiking, comedy and playing music.
