Lauren Scarpace

Lauren Scarpace is a Executive Vice President with CBRE and is based in Detroit Michigan. Prior to joining CBRE in 2005, Mr. Scarpace spent five years with Cushman and Wakefield. Lauren has come to be respected within the real estate industry possessing the unique ability to simplify and resolve complex issues. He is a skilled negotiator and understands challenges in making real estate decisions. His creative and strategic thinking helps his clients make the best decisions leading to a successful project.

During his real estate tenure, Mr. Scarpace has used his skills to represent landlords and tenants, as well as investors and multi-market corporate clients. Covering all facets of the commercial real estate process, Mr. Scarpace has a proven track record of developing and implementing short and long-term real estate strategies for a diverse client base that ranges from Fortune 500 corporations to local emerging growth companies. 

Lauren maintains a high level of community and charitable involvement including board member status with New Horizons Rehabilitations Services which assists in ”building opportunities for people with disabilities.” 

A native of Dearborn, Michigan, Lauren attended Divine Child High School and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Business Management from Albion College. He is married with two daughters and lives in Birmingham Michigan.
