Ken Zirk is a Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services group in Philadelphia. He specializes in providing site selection, economic incentives, and financial analysis for both industrial and office clients. 

Mr. Zirk has over 33 years of experience in negotiating real estate transactions on behalf of clients, locally, nationally and internationally.  

Most recent assignments include KDC Agribusiness, Subaru of America’s Corporate HQ and National Training Center, Five Below National Distribution Center, TEVA Pharmaceuticals, and multiple assignments for NFI Industries. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ken was with JLL as a Senior Vice President, Trammell Crow Company and was a Senior Manager with the real estate consulting practice at Ernst & Young LLP.
