Josh Berde

Josh Berde, based in our downtown Seattle office, is a Senior Vice President with Debt & Structured Finance, CBRE Capital Markets. Josh will specialize in the Freddie Mac Small Balance Loan program, targeted at private commercial real estate owners. 

With 20 years of experience, Josh has financed over $2 billion in real estate over the course of his career across various asset classes and executions. He comes to CBRE from KeyBank Real Estate Capital’s Commercial Mortgage Group, where he originated commercial mortgages for office, multifamily, industrial and retail properties throughout the U.S. and across various platforms, including CMBS, life companies, and debt funds. 

Josh’s addition will help us improve upon the robust platform we’ve built in the small business loan space over the past five plus years. His extensive experience originating debt in the middle market and institutional space makes him an ideal fit for our organization.
