Professional ExperienceDavid Johnson is Facility Manager for CBRE’s Global Corporate Services division. Mr. Johnson serves on CBRE’s Electrolux account, where he maintains satisfactory and efficient customer service while managing vendor, safety and maintenance services.
His successful relationships with key department management have allowed him to build rapport and establish needed trust. Mr. Johnson also effectively maintains the budget while working alongside functional teams to develop cost-reduction strategies.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Johnson was employed with Asurion, managing the corporate headquarters and five other locations totaling over 400,000 square feet.
Mr. Johnson’s background began as Submariner in the U.S. Navy and eventually led him into the wireless industry and sales. Mr. Johnson’s extensive experience allows him to utilize his technical abilities in conjunction with his superb communication skills to effectuate positive change with the customer.
