Danka views her real estate advisory as a business partnership with her clients. By doing so, she perceives her objectives are to create leverage, offer unique solutions to specific problems, meet her clients individual business objectives resulting in achieving long term benefits, maximizing savings in operating overhead, and creating a better overall working environment for her clients.
Additionally, Danka holds a Master's Degree in Global Leadership and Sustainable Development. Her passion and desire to be part of creating a sustainable and responsible environment falls in-line with CBRE's Global Energy and Sustainability Platform. Danka's understanding of green buildings, and triple bottom line, gives her clients a wider range of advisory and possibilities during negotiations – financially, environmentally and socially.
Prior to her current role at CBRE and her move to Hawaii, Danka lived in Washington DC area and worked for Foreign Service Institute at the George P. Shultz National Foreign Affairs Training Center in while furthering her education.
