Cole Taylor

Cole Taylor is an Senior Appraiser within the Pacific Northwest Region in the Spokane, Washington office. Located in the CBRE Spokane office since July 2017, Mr. Taylor has over five years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience throughout the Inland Northwest and Midwest region.

Prior to 2017, Mr. Taylor was located in the CBRE Milwaukee, Wisconsin office from July 2014 to June 2017. Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Mr. Taylor was an on-site property manager for Weidner Apartment Homes in Issaquah, Washington. During his tenure at Weidner, Mr. Taylor managed several different apartment communities within the greater Seattle area, ranging from 90 to 325 units in size. Duties included: pricing and leasing units, collecting rent, managing on-site revenues and expenses, and overseeing the maintenance team.

Mr. Taylor is currently working with a variety of clients on various commercial property types throughout Eastern Washington, Eastern Oregon, and Idaho. His primary focus is multi-family valuation, and has previously worked on Class A/B/C multi-family product in urban, suburban, and rural communities. Additionally, Cole has experience with commercial land, retail, office, and industrial properties.
