  • The Tri- Valley Industrial market had its second straight quarter of negative net absorption totaling 65,471 sq. ft. for Q2 2021.

  • Overall vacancy rose 50 bps to 7.0% in the quarter. The market did see a good amount of deal velocity in the quarter, but also saw handful of significant sized spaces became vacant as well.

  • Wente Vineyards had the largest lease in the quarter taking 61,957 sq. ft. of warehouse space in Livermore. Elion Acquisition, LLC had the largest purchase of the quarter which was a 389,673 sq. ft. purchase of 4225 Hacienda Dr in Pleasanton.
