The Tri- Valley Industrial market had its second straight quarter of negative net absorption totaling 65,471 sq. ft. for Q2 2021.
Overall vacancy rose 50 bps to 7.0% in the quarter. The market did see a good amount of deal velocity in the quarter, but also saw handful of significant sized spaces became vacant as well.
Wente Vineyards had the largest lease in the quarter taking 61,957 sq. ft. of warehouse space in Livermore. Elion Acquisition, LLC had the largest purchase of the quarter which was a 389,673 sq. ft. purchase of 4225 Hacienda Dr in Pleasanton.
