The difficult year 2020 closed with a positive scenario for the industrial and logistic market, with close to 50% of the total of projects being 100% occupied. The recovery of consumption, the growth of inventories and the strengthening of the e-commerce became demand factors capable to accumulate 290,767 sq.m. of absorption only for the second semester, indicator that is over the net absorption of the whole year 2019.

Regarding the pandemic effects, this scenario positioned this type of asset as one of the most resilient ones within the range of lease assets, causing interest in an increasingly larger range of investors.
