The I-680 Corridor experienced another quarter of vacancy and availability increasing as the market struggled to gain momentum towards leasing velocity. Q2 2021 had negative 762,925 sq. ft. of net absorption. This significant amount brought the availability up to 21.0% and the vacancy to 16.5% for the full office market totals. Intriguingly though, tenant activity did follow Q1 where we saw yet another increase in tracked demand for space in the market.
