Streetsense hosted a series of design charrettes resulting in the creation of an innovative, flexible block system suitable for all real estate uses. We also developed and implemented an integrated communications campaign and national destination strategy, positioning National Harbor as an iconic, must-see waterfront locale home to a new DC-area landmark — The Capital Wheel.
