2019 confirms to be a record year even in Q3 with a take-up of 76,478 square meters.

The first nine months of 2019 have reached a value of 248,436 square meters, with an increase of more than double (+ 218%) relative to the same period in 2018.

The quarterly take up was spearheaded by 3 transactions for a total of approximately 46,400 square meters (EUR Torino, Parco de Medici and EUR Centro).

The development pipeline is on the increase, with around 147,000 square meters under construction / renovation (expected  to be completed between 2019 and 2020);

Prime rents are stable in CBD at 430 € /sqm/ year and in EUR with 350 €/ sqm/ year.

Investments have also achieved excellent performance with around € 342.3 million. Prime net yields are stable at 3.75%.
