The Prague office market grew by 88,000 sq m in Q2 2020 and currently stands at 3.71 mln sq m of modern office space. Five new and two refurbished office buildings were delivered to the market. The total amount of space under construction was about 166,800 sq m. Take up reached 45,300 sq m, which was almost 15% less than the previous quarter. Total leasing activity in Q2 2020 was 79,000 sq m. Renegotiations in Q2 2020 accounted for 42.6% of total leasing activity, followed by new leases (29.4% ). Prime rent stood between 22.50 and 23.00 €/sq m/month.
