  • Grocery: Trader Joe’s opened a 16,000-sq.-ft. store at 1324 Arch St, its second in Center City. Lidl debuted its first Philadelphia location in Philadelphia’s Port Richmond neighborhood. Giant unveiled a 74,0000-sq.-ft. store at the new Mid-County Shopping Center, a relocation of a former Broomall location.
  • King of Prussia: The King of Prussia Mall welcomed three new stores: Zadig and Voltaire, Sheex, and Modani Furniture.
  • Rittenhouse Row: Tiffany & Co. will relocate its store at The Bellevue to the former Zara space at 1715-1717 Walnut, shrinking its footprint. After 20 years in business Morton’s shut its Walnut St. steakhouse.
