Jane Lees

Jane leads the valuation team from London, working across the UK and Europe. Prior to joining CBRE Hotels Jane led the healthcare valuation team at Colliers International. Jane has spent time working in Hong Kong within the valuation team at Jones Lang LaSalle. She undertook valuations in Hong Kong, China and the Philippines, primarily dealing with large mixed-use developments incorporating hotels, retail, offices and residential.

Jane brings over 20 years valuation experience within the property sector to the team at CBRE Hotels.

In her current role, Jane has led and been involved with a number of high profile single asset and portfolio valuations including the Elba, Mint, Limerick, and QMH portfolios. Such projects require extensive market and hotel knowledge which comes from Jane’s wide-reaching understanding of the industry.
