Giordano Nicoletti

Giordano has recently transferred from the Milan office to the London HQ of CBRE Hotels where he will continue to focus on operator selection mandates across Europe, specialising in luxury and ultra-luxury properties.

Giordano will also play an active role in investment advisory projects, feasibility and strategic advisory and valuation services for hotels and proposed developments across Europe. Giordano has experience working on assets ranging from internationally branded city-based hotels to luxury resorts and smaller independent hotels.

Over the last few years, Giordano has successfully worked on some of the most prestigious operator selection mandates across Europe, securing on behalf of his clients, superior commercial terms as well as optimising Property Improvements Plans for the repositioning and/or refurbishment of existing hotels and new developments.

Giordano’s negotiation experience spans Hotel Management Agreements with capital commitment (i.e., Key Money, Guarantees, etc) for luxury and ultra-luxury properties to Lease Agreements for economy to upper upscale properties. In 2018 Giordano was also involved in one of the few lease negotiations to take place for an ultra-luxury property.
