Our Proptech Challenges
The first of its kind in the sector, the PropTech Challenge is a competition designed to support the entrepreneurship ecosystem and promote innovation to respond to the key challenges in real estate.
Since CBRE first launched the initiative in 2017, it has seen over 900 startups from more than 30 countries take part in its challenges. Competition winners and top participants get the chance to work with CBRE and raise their profile among key sector players.
PropTech Challenge 2023
CBRE is now launching its seventh PropTech Challenge to discover brand new digital talent with disruptive ideas to revolutionise real estate. The challenge is aimed primarily at final year university students, master's students and young talent with innovative ideas to respond to the key challenges facing the sector.
Opportunity to win a 12-month paid internship to develop the idea within the CBRE team, supported by specialised mentoring.

To take part, upload a presentation of your project or idea using the link below. All projects must include a Business Model Canvas, a one-page document providing an overview of the idea, including the main activity, income and cost structure, among other details. As a guideline, presentations should contain the following sections:
- Description of the idea or solution
- Overview of the company and value proposition
- The problem the project seeks to resolve
- Competition and market research
- Business model
- Marketing and sales strategy
