Climate Solutions Challenge

Ready to take your business to the next level? Azora and CBRE have joined forces to launch the Climate Solutions Challenge, a new initiative that aims to highlight companies offering solutions to decarbonise the real estate sector. The goal is to contribute to fighting climate change and create real benefits for the whole of society. The challenge is open to companies operating at the European level, proposing solutions in at least one of the following areas:

  • Urban solutions. Examples include smart building technology, climate control and ventilation systems, water treatment, waste management solutions for properties and urban transport and logistics.
  • Energy Solutions. Examples include clean or renewable energy, energy performance and storage, carbon certification and industrial and commercial applications.

Candidates must submit a completed application form along with the following documents:

  • One Pager giving a brief summary of the project and key points.
  • Investor Deck presenting the company’s vision and value proposition, potential market, main competitors, team, business model, technology applied, etc. (for further details, see T&Cs).

Azora & CBRE

The partnership between CBRE and Azora responds to the need to stimulate investment in support of ESG priorities and take action towards a decarbonised real estate sector.

CBRE PropTech Challenge

This initiative is part of the CBRE PropTech Challenge, the first competition of its kind in the sector, the PropTech Challenge is designed to support the entrepreneurship ecosystem and drive innovation as a response to the key challenges in real estate. 

Since CBRE first launched the initiative in 2017, it has seen over 900 startups from more than 50 countries take part in the project. Competition winners and top participants get the chance to work with CBRE and raise their profile among key sector players.
