The Shopping Centres department offers an ad hoc retail assessment in the marketing and remarketing phases of both new and fully-operational centres (shopping centres, leisure centres, retail parks).
The Marketing section specialises in defining the retail mix of a project by:
creating a suitable retail-commercial mix in each centre, and pinpointing the optimum location for each activity and retail brand with regard to type, catchment area and competition.
estimating market rents
searching for tenants for each project, among the market’s recognised brands and emerging labels
negotiating with retailers for the best locations
negotiating rental contracts with future tenants.
Our retail service is supplemented with legal advice that helps clarify the relevant contractual conditions and lends legal support throughout the marketing process.
We offer advice in the remarketing of vacant units and in contract renewals for current operators, in order to optimise the retail mix and provide added value to tenants/clients as well as to the shopping centres’ various owners.
