How to get here
On foot or by tube:
The nearest tube station is Santiago Bernabeu, the best exit you should take is Plaza de Lima. Picasso Square is just in front of you, you can get through the mall or walking around the corner. Picasso Tower is the building in the middle of the square. And CBRE is on the 27th floor.
There is another option and it doesn’t take too long either. On leaving Nuevos Ministerios tube station take Paseo de la Castellana to the Football Stadium. A few steps forward you will see Picasso Tower on your left.
From the Airport.
By tube. There is a direct way taking tube line number 8 until Nuevos Ministerios (it takes no more than 25 minutes), where you get off and walk or swap to line 10 and get off a stop later in Santiago Bernabeu.
From the train station.
Atocha- RENFE train station. The easiest route is to take the train (cercanias) the next stop is Nuevos Ministerios. The journey takes no longer than 10 minutes.
Chamartin train station The fastest way is by tube, Santiago Bernabeu is just three stops from Chamartin (a 10 minute journey). Another chance is take the train (cercanias) to Nuevos Ministerios.
From the Bus Station
From the Bus Station of Avda. America There are just two stops from Avenida America to Nuevos Ministerios taking Line 6. It is best if you check out where the train goes to, because this is a circular line.
From South Bus Station (Mémdez Álvaro) The fastest way would be take the commuter train (cercanias) to Nuevos Ministerios.
